Does this company have standards when it comes to my privacy?

I would love to explain our Privacy Standards because it's the easiest question for me to answer! We NEVER use your name, address, or email for anything except to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

When I add products to my order, the shopping cart stays empty!

Our shopping cart system requires that you have "cookies" enabled in whatever browser you are using. You absolutely have to make certain that the privacy settings are not set too high to shop on the Internet. All you have to do is go into the options section of your browser and instruct it to allow cookies (instructions), or you can note your purchases and call us to place your order via phone. 9am to 6pm CST 1-888-687-4478.

I like for my shirts to have the words and images on the back. Will your company do this?

We really do love happy customers around here, so we would love to put any shirt design you want on the backs of your purchases for free. You'll just need to alert us of this request in the comments of your order form upon completion of your shopping.

How long does it take to get my shirts after my order is placed?

We want you, as our customer, to be happy so that you'll want to always come to us for all of your awesome t-shirt needs. This is why we strive to have the fastest shipping speed our means can provide. We will be sending your shirts within just one business day of getting your order. We have hours of operation on Mon. thru Fri. between the times of 7 am and 3 pm. Orders do not ship on Sat. or Sun. Also, it stands to reason that any holiday the post office doesn't work...neither do we. Those exceptions aside, we always ship your shirts within 24 hours of your payment. When payments for orders are fulfilled on one of the days we don't work, then your order is pushed down to the next day we're open. If you pay for your shirts on a Sunday, we'll get your order on Monday and jog it forward through our production facility and then to the post office. Our warehouse is fully stocked with nearly every shirt design we offer, but on very isolated incidents it is possible that we do not have your shirt stocked and ready to be made. When this happens, we resupply our stock on the item right away. This usually takes a couple of days, so your order will ship out to you at a very slight delay. In the grand scheme of things, it's still some of the fastest shipping out there.

Our shipments arrive much faster than the huge majority of our competition, but sometimes that isn't fast enough. That's why we offer standard, expedited, and express options for people who need their shirts at lightning speed.

If you live in the United States, then there are three types of shipping for you to choose from.

  1. Our Standard Shipping is still very fast, taking only 3 to 8 business days for you to get your package.
  2. Expedited shipping will take 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
  3. Express shipping will take 1-2 business days to arrive.
SPECIAL NOTATION, PLEASE READ! Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped with Priority Mail and take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. These delivery times are mere approximations, due to the fact that we cannot predict shipping delays associated with the U.S.P.S. or with stocking times when supplies are out. If you supply a working email address, then you will receive tracking information at the time of shipment. This excludes PO BOXES, HAWAII, ALASKA, and INTERCONTINENTAL ORDERS.

We are pleased to ship Internationally to the countries of Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, Northern Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Great Britain, and Sweden. I know FOUR to EIGHT weeks is a long time to await an order, but that is the unfortunate reality of International shipping. Please have patience! If you contact us after just one week of ordering, we can only tell you to wait the entire eight weeks before contacting us again. Even if you do contact us, we cannot locate your package for you once it has been Internationally shipped because we lose the ability to track orders overseas.

We have a legal responsibility to provide a complete inventory of your package's contents, and the cost value of each items. We are sorry, but even marking your delivery as a "gift" will still require this information. It is also very possible that there will be additional Customs fees associated with your shipment. We have no way of knowing what these charges may be, if any. If you need any information concerning Customs fees and procedure, please call your area's customs agent.

We most definitely ship to all Military Addresses! We are hugely grateful for the sacrifice our soldiers willingly make to preserve freedom here, and abroad. We cannot use any other shipping options besides our Standard Shipping, as Military Addresses cannot be shipped to with the Expedited or Express Mail Service. We cannot know the exact time you will be getting your order from us, but please note that the above shipping speeds are not applicable for APO/FPO orders.

PO BOX addresses will have Standard Shipping used to send their orders. This means you can expect your order to arrive within just 3 to 5 business days.


Return Policy

All of the shirts you buy are made the day after you order them to your exact specifications. That means that on orders above a certain price range will incur a restocking fee if they are returned, and the return is not due to anything our company did wrong. We are not responsible for refunding shipment costs.

Having Issues With Ordering?

The most probable cause is that the information entered into the "Billing Information" fields do not match the card issuer's billing information. Review this first. If you feel confident that everything is in order, and you are still being rejected then you may use the following information.
  1. You probably should go back to the billing address and give it one more hard look. This is almost always the point of concern and you might save yourself a lot of time by looking again.
  2. When you move, you have to change your information with the company that issues your card. Sometimes it can take months and months to get this data changed. Try your old address
  3. Still getting a rejected from our cart? Perhaps you should try a different card.

We most certainly accept money orders as a payment option, but you'll have to follow these instructions in order to pay with that method.
  1. The first order of business is deciding what to buy. Pick out what shirts you want to buy, what color you want them to be, and what size. E-mail us by CLICKING THIS with that information and indicating your desire to send in a Money Order via mail for your purchase.
  2. We'll send you an email back that will total up all of your charges for the shirts, the shipping, and the handling along with an address for mailing your money order to.
  3. When you get your money order, you'll need to put it in an envelope with the invoice that you got in your email and send it off. We'll ship your order ASAP when we get your mail in our hands.
